A big shout out to Ganim’s! Dino was so considerate and accommodating with my broken ankle situation. He selected a few trees for me ahead of time and I got to look at them from my car. Now this is customer service!

Can't say enough about Merrilee and her team. I gave her very little direction for my wedding table arrangements other than colors and I wanted a wreath around candles. The arrangements were absolutely beautiful, more then I could have hoped for. My bouquet was stunning and the arch we rented was perfection. At the last minute we went from 9 tables to 10 but I forgot to tell Merrilee. After they set up all the flowers on the tables she said you told me nine tables there are 10. Well the look on my face must have said it all. Her response no worries we're going to run back make you another arrangement and bring it back and that is just what they did! Wow if that's not service I don't know what is! Highly recommend.

Ganim's Garden Center & Florist is THE garden center and florist to go to in Connecticut. Besides the extremely wide range of options they have, the customer service is top notch. Ganim's gets to know the customer and picks the absolute best plants and products for your needs.As an employer they are amazing to work for. It is a hard job with plenty of challenge but everyone is very enthusiastic and passionate about their job and is happy to help you learn the ropes! Highly reccomend you apply for a position, well worth it!Overall, Ganim's is a family owned, customer dedicated business that prides itself on bringing the best products to the consumer with amazing customer service throughout every season. Whether you are looking for a job, or to upgrade your garden, this is the place to do it.

Then there is the family friendly experience.. they always make time for my kids and helping us to choose the right plants and help us to understand how to care for them. Awesome selection. Great layout to walk thru the greenhouses. Fun and Friendly! Very helpful with information and even carrying my purchases to vehicle. I was at Ladies Night, sale prices were fabulous. I did find the regular pricing was on par with others in Fairfield County.

Visited for the first time yesterday and was utterly impressed!! The place just keeps on going LOL you think you’ve reached the end of their selection.. “but wait, there’s more!!” My boyfriend and I met the owner who was nothing but welcoming and had a great conversation with KEVIN! He was extremely informative and helped us navigate the rows of flowers to what I was looking for. We will be back, thank you!!

I purchased a tree at Ganims and my experience was so pleasant. Kevin was so knowledgeable and helped me with all of my questions. He gave me some great tips on how to plant and care for my tree . Ganims is now my go to place for all my garden needs.

Went in today and spent an hour with Kevin. Let me start by saying this, probably the most knowledgeable sales person I’ve ever met. He explained everything in detail and put serious thought into his guidance for me. I showed him a picture of my landscape, and walked out an hour later, with exactly what I wanted. The best part was, he made sure to stay in my budget, and made sure I didn’t spend money where I didn’t need too. They’ve really earned my business. Can’t wait to see the results in a few weeks.

I have gotten plants from the big box stores nearby and other smaller nurseries, but Ganin's plants always do the best. Every year now I just go there and I am thrilled with the results. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Also, they have a great variety. They are marked for one-way traffic and safe distancing for customers.

I am a 2nd generation Ganim customer. My mother started shopping here when we moved to Fairfield in the early 80s. You will not find better service or knowledge at any other garden center! The Ganims know what they are talking about and they have an amazing variety year round! From annuals to perennials to Christmas trees and handmade wreaths, Ganims has it all. Love shopping here!

I used Ganim’s as the florist for my wedding. Merrilee at Ganim’s is so amazing. She is willing to work with you within your budget and even came to our wedding in person to repurpose flowers from our ceremony. The flower arrangements were gorgeous and I fully trusted her with all of the choices.

Best customer service around!! We went to Ganims to choose 2 perennials for the front of our house. We asked Kevin if he had "a couple minutes to answer a question." He not only answered the question, but he went into details and depth that provided us with an education on how to continue to make informed choices. He spent as much time and energy with us as if we'd hired him to landscape our whole property personally.

Being a real professional means that the customer isn't always right. If you ask a doctor to amputate your arm and your arm is perfectly healthy, he or she is supposed to say "no."Whenever I go to buy something and get talked out of doing so by a person who would have profited from my purchase, I'm impressed.Today I was impressed by the professionalism at Ganim's and thought that since they didn't profit from their professionalism, the least I could do was help them with this review.Smaller local businesses need to be supported for many reasons, not the least of which is the professionalism and honesty that one often finds in many (but not all by any means) small family-owned businesses.
