Lee’s Bruschetta Recipe
4-6 Ripe Tomatoes
1 bunch fresh basil
1-2 cloves garlic minced fine
½ cup pitted olives (Kalamata, or any one you prefer)
Olive oil to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste
Toast some Italian or French Baguettes
Drizzle with Olive Oil
Melt some fresh mozzarella on top
Add Oregano flakes if you prefer.
