Lee’s Pico Di Gallo
Fresh homemade Salsa, so easy to make. In Mexico, this is made daily.
4 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 white onion, diced
¼ cup chopped Cilantro
¼ cup chopped flat parsley
Juice of 1 lime
1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
½ can of V-8 (optional)
Garlic salt and pepper
Mix in a bowl and allow to sit in fridge for 2 hours
Serve with Tortilla chips which you can make at home or purchase
